What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is awareness. It is a deliberate state of mind, to willfully remain focused in the present, fully cognizant of all aspects of ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually, as we experience our interactions with life, conscious of our thoughts, feelings and emotions, careful in our subsequent actions.
Mindfulness is active presence. We are mindful when we exercise a purposeful awareness of ourself as we are right now, at this very moment, of how we are thinking and feeling and being, noticing, discerning, yet not labeling or judging.
Mindfulness is not religious, though you might want to be religious about being mindful. Mindfulness allows us to observe and experience life with an increased ability to be detached, as our heightened sense of awareness can free us from our subjectivity and judgement.

What is Mindfulness Training?
As spiritual beings we experience this world and life through the senses of our body. Our spirit is connected to this body in the mind and manifests itself to the extent that the body allows. Our soul shines its light into the mind and utilizes its connection to the nervous system of the body for receiving input and dictating output.
When we take control of our mind, which can control our emotions and our biological functions and capabilities, we can create life results that are manifestations of our hearts deepest desires. If our spirit is like an invisible rider and our body is like a horse, the mind is the meeting place. Does the rider dictate through the mind to the body? Or does the untrained horse run wild and take control, thus leaving the spirit feeling powerless, disenchanted, or depressed?
With discipline we can train ourselves to change our mind, to think something new, to create new habits of thoughts and feelings that result in changed actions, which manifest what we desire physically, mentally and spiritually.
Mindfulness Training™ allows us to clearly experience these two, very separate and distinct aspects of self, our body and spirit. When we can see that our spirit and consciousness, can control our mind, can dictate to our body many things, and can induce change, health or illness with a single thought, we see that our power and responsibility are connected.
Mindfulness Training™ can help us tap into the limitless potential of our spirit, which resides outside of time and space. To control the mind is to control the body and it is through the actions of the body that come all the successes or failures in this world.

Key Into Healing offers a multi-faceted approach to getting results, through willful personal growth, active training of the mind with intention to alter neural pathways and emotional response, energy healing training and techniques from around the world, Reiki training, the science to explain the work and more, formatted into a coaching-style learning structure, all facilitated by a Mindfulness Coach™ who is also a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher.
Mission: to teach others how to align and harmonize with Source, to empower fellow people of light to shine and resonate to their fullest capacity, to support the transition to their next level in body, mind or spirit and to help bring forth from within each person the power to fulfill their unique purpose and manifest their dreams.

Mindfulness Training Module 1
Basic Self-Healing & 1st Degree Reiki

Begin with a 20-hour, experiential workshop

Followed by 30-day Mindfulness Training
We experience this world through the senses of our body. Our spirit like a rider, connects to its fleshly vehicle in the mind and manifests itself to the extent that the body allows. Our spirit connects to the body through nervous system and it is the will of either the spirit or the body that dictates most outcomes. Learn how you can take control of your mind and energy and bring health to your body and life.

Mindfulness Training Module 2
Advanced Healing & 2nd Degree Reiki

Begin with a 20-hour, experiential workshop

Followed by 60-day Mindfulness Training Program
Expand your healing skills and increase your knowledge base, while participating in activities where you can learn about overriding your physical and emotional response with your mindfulness. You will have the opportunity to practice retraining your nervous system, focusing your energy, strengthening your intuition and deepening your expertise in the art of the session.

Mindfulness Training Module 3
Healing With The Elements Practicum

Begin with a 20-hour, experiential workshop

Followed by 90-day Mindfulness Training Program
Learn about healing, moving energy and transformation in relation to external elements, such as gems, minerals, oils, water, fire, herbs, toning, musical/percussion instruments, pendulums, wands, singing bowls, tuning forks, etc. After this course you will understand how to find or even create tools for yourself for healing or clearing and how to increase your ability to use the power from within yourself to amplify the effects of those tools.

Mindfulness Training Module 4
Mastery of Mindfulness, Energetics & Reiki

Begin with a 30-hour, experiential workshop

Followed by the finalization of your Mindfulness Training course work
Experience a more complete sense of oneness and connection to all that is around you with experiential activities and exercises that will stretch both your mind and your ability to perceive subtle energies.
Practice stimulating the connection between your body senses and your mental perceptions with exercises that can be both super fun and effective for increasing clarity and gaining confidence, while actively using and learning about your intuitive skills.
Practice the art of torus field repair, vortex and energy systems repair and/or replacement on both the self and others.
Learn about the Integration Technique. Practice giving the first session on fellow students and receive the first session of the Integration Series.
Be attuned to the Master/Teacher Level of Reiki. Receive the symbols for the Master/Teacher level of Reiki. Learn and practice the art of attuning others to the Reiki method of energy healing.
