About the M1 Workshop
In an experiential, interactive, 20-hour weekend course you can learn various techniques and methods to release, shift, and heal your body, mind and spirit in the ongoing process of mindfulness, health, personal growth and transformation.

Gain a deeper understanding of the mind/body connection.

Learn how the body is a tool for intuition, healing, action and manifestation and how you can bring it to health.

The 30-day M1 Training Program
The 30-day Mindfulness Training™ Program that follows the Module 1 Workshop, puts what you learned in those first 20-hours, straight into daily action.
Develop discipline energetically, retrain your nervous-system responses, rewire your neural network, work through the resistance and blocks that arise and train your mind, as well as your systems to the frequency of HEALTH, while being guided by a Reiki-trained Mindfulness Coach.
Format of the Module 1 Mindfulness Training™ course:

2-day Module 1 Workshop with experiential activities and training to launch you into the following weeks.

Create a strategy unique to you, based on the personal goals you want to achieve by the end of 30 days and then work together to attain your desired outcomes.

Each week participate in (2) 1-hour group calls, in which you will receive additional training, guidance, Reiki and Mindfulness Coaching™ throughout the process.

Exercise daily the mindfulness techniques and healing methods learned in the first 20-hour workshop of this course with the accountability and encouragement of a Mindfulness Coach and fellow training mates.

Study, read, and gain knowledge from spiritual, intellectual and scientific resources and then reflect and share with those in the group to expand your belief basis and mental capacity by connecting to and understanding the vibration and frequency of truth.

You will be provided materials to assist your learning and track your progress throughout the program.
